Returns and Refunds Policy

• Gift Shop - anything that is purchased from our gift shop unused (hard goods such as candles, candy, containers, pre-made wreaths, home decor etc.) is available for return and a full refund after 48 hours from date of purchase. You may receive a store credit.

• Flowers - Accents by Michele Flower Studio offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your flower arrangement, you have 2 days (48 hours) after receiving your flowers to contact the store at 610-356-5683. We will pick-up the original flower order and replace it with one of equal value at no additional charge to you. We need the original flower arrangement to evaluate the product. If you choose not to have the original replaced, you may opt for a store credit, but we would still need to pick-up the flowers so that we can evaluate the product to see why it may have failed. Your satisfaction is our main concern.

• Please note, however, that replacements are offered on a quality basis only. Because each floral arrangement is designed to be unique, differences in style or personal taste do not qualify for replacement.

• Fresh Flower and Faux Flower orders that have been made and not picked up will still be charged. Our orders are custom-made making it very difficult to re-sell.

  Flowers are delicate and perishable by nature. To ensure the longest vase life, recipients are responsible for re-cutting stems, changing the water daily and keeping flowers away from heat, drafts and direct sunlight.
